"I studied Violin, flute and piano since i was 5 years old. At the age of 12 I moved to Israel where I began to learn how to play guitar . I was inspired by Bob Marley, especially his Zionist texts, and the lyrical uses of symbolisms such as : The star of David and the lion of Judah. Judaism came into my heart that way, through art and music, and through the words of the Breslev Hassidics, and Rabbi Nachman. I left music for a long period of time and worked in many types of physical labors, and eventually became a truck driver. After nearly 2 years of driving I injured my hand and back, and was forced to lay back and rest. This drove me to reach back into my past, and so last year I went into musical studies (2013-14) and studied musical production at BPM College. After that period I built a home made studio - and thus began "Simple Light'"

 

 

 

 

מנשה קושנר, ארץ מוצא: סנט פטרבורג רוסיה.(עשה עליה ב-99) התחיללנגן על כינור בגיל 5, בהמשך עבר לגיטרה, לפני שנתיים עבר קורס הפקת מוסיקה וכיום מופיע ומנגן את המוזיקה של הפרוייקט שלו : אור פשוט. מנשה מנגן, שר, עורך ומפיק את המוזיקה שבפרוייקט, החל משירי רגאיי אלקטרוני ועד טרקים של דאב פסיכודאלי דאון טמפו ולפעמים קצת טכנו
