Where can I purchase a TUNE IN TEL AVIV wristband?

You can register here to purchase your wristband. You are strongly encouraged to registered early in order to ensure your space at TUNE IN TEL AVIV and also take advantage of our early bird discounts.

What kind of wristbands do you have available?

Click here to select from various options of wristbands. This year we are offering both premium & regular wristbands to give you the most affordable option- these include 'The Infinity Pass' (granting priority access to all venues & the conference), as well as individual 'Thursday', 'Friday', & 'Saturday' wristbands- we will also offer special non-wristband credential for 'speciality showcases' to be announced soon. Each wristband comes with an option to purchase a delegate badge for a discount to the TUNE IN TEL AVIV Music Conference taking place on Friday, November 13th- where you will have an opportunity to meet our international guests, showcasing musicians, and local industry. You may also purchase a conference badge separately (this is not a wristband and will not get you into the showcases, but grants you exclusive access to the day of the conference.

How do the wristbands work?

Wristbands must be worn to gain access to showcase venues, wearing your wristband will also grant you discounts for special offers we've arranged with our promotional partners. Your wristband is non-transferable and must be worn at all times during TUNE IN TEL AVIV. Any evidence of tampering by our staff or security shall render your wristband void, and you will non be refunded your money.

Where do I pick up my wristbands?

We will offer various 'pick up points' throughout the city during TUNE IN TEL AVIV- list of places and schedule will be sent to ticket buyers.

What if I don't want to get wristband, but still go to one of the shows, is that possible?

If you only plan on going out to see one showcase at a particular venue,  you will be able to enter the 'walk up' line which essentially allows you to purchase entrance while the before the venue reaches capacity. Note: wristbands always have priority over walk ups- and wristbands are much higher value for money than walk ups. Typically- only a small amount of 'walk ups' gain entrance at TUNE IN TEL AVIV showcases', if you do choose to 'walk up' we strongly suggest you arrive early to the venue of your choosing to guarantee access to your show.

We are always looking for interesting industry proffesionals to speak on panels, attend b2b round tables, and transfer their knowledge to the collective attending our conference. The conference is designed to create maximum networking opportunities for the entire local and international industry attending TUNE IN TEL AVIV. When I buy a TUNE IN TEL AVIV delegate badge/accreditation, do I get a paper ticket?

When you purchase a delegate badge/accreditation; you will be automatically registered to our system. You will receive an email confirmation and a text message to your phone with your purchase and receipt. You will need to provide your proof of purchase or photo ID and present it to our staff at the registration desk upon arriving at the conference.

What does a TUNE IN TEL AVIV badge/accreditation get me?

As a delegate you will receive full access to the entire conference and day time showcases, as well as exclusive industry networking events, round table discussions, and b2b meetings with our international and local industry delegates. You will also have discounts and special offers provided to your by our the various partners of TUNE IN TEL AVIV.

What if I do not get an email confirmation of my my purchase for a TUNE IN TEL AVIV badge/accreditation?

You should have recieved a text message to your phone as well. If yo did not get an email confirmation of your delegate badge/accreditation please contact us here

If I cannot go, can I change the name of the badge/accreditation?

Once you purchase a delegate badge/accreditation only your name will be registered in our system. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes in your plans- you can contact here.

Can I go the concerts/showcase at TUNE IN TEL AVIV with my badge/accreditation?

This year we've separated conference badge credentials and showcase badges and allow all delegates to select the type of showcase wristband they wish to purchase. Your badge/accreditation alone will not get you access any of the regular showcases- however we've provided a new credntial called the Infinity Pass- this credential will allow both all access to conference and showcase, including every party, concert & showcase associated with TUNE IN TEL AVIV (while capacity lasts).

I am a music student, can I get a discount TUNE IN TEL AVIV badge/accreditation?

TUNE IN TEL AVIV is Israel’s International Music Conference & Showcase dedicated to supporting the local music sector and musician community develop serious opportunities for exposure, investment, and education both at home at abroad, as such 100% of your registration proceeds  go towards supporting Israel’s Music Export & Development activities through the registered Israeli charity that produces TUNE IN TEL AVIV 2015- Oleh!
